Breakfast Grinds is an iconic,successful, turn-key restaurant in the Tamarindo community, open since 2005. On the main strip, with an incredible view of two renowned surf breaks, the restaurant has a prime location in Costa Rica’s number one surf and tourist destinations. Grinds is a Tamarindo original and a family business which has been a mainstay for locals and tourists alike.

Operation details-

Breakfast Grinds seats 70 people and has all new chairs and tables, a fully loaded kids play area, new kitchen, seven televisions, plus inventory. the space was completely renovated in late 2017.

Turnkey means a fully trained staff, with years of experience. Everything needed to open tomorrow, instant clients, inventory and debt free purveyors.

Grinds also has a base income connected to Iguana Surf Hotel, with an existing contract to provide package breakfasts to guests. This means guaranteed customers.

Grinds is a business which has grown since the beginning. We have a great connection to the essential tri-fecta of any tourist town…local ex-pats, locals, and awesome word of mouth brings the tourists. The business currently has 6 employees, including us, and is a very tight ship.
