Finca “GRIS BOSQUE” is a 27 Hectares + 8690 M2 (68.86 Acres) farm located above Chacarita in the Southern Zone on the Pacific side in Costa Rica. It is 2 Km from the Pan American/Inter America highway, Entrance road is ‘La Lucha’ which was named after this farm. Chacarita is on the turn off to peninsula de Osa, and is centrally located between the Surfing areas of Pavones and Dominical. Chacarita is also very centrally located in the area, with several national parks close. There is a planned new international airport in the valley between Chacarita and Palmar, and the land has been allocated and the required hospital built in nearby Cortez.
